THE F.I.N. PROGRAM

The F.I.N. (Friends In Need) Program provides companionship services to Lupus patients that are homebound or hospitalized. No medical care is involved. If you would like more information on this service, send an email to thepurplepromise@gmail.com with the SUBJECT: THE F.I.N. PROGRAM.

A RIDE FOR THE DAY PROGRAM

We are aware that many lupus patients may sometimes go through seasons where they aren't able to drive, so we will do our best to team them up with a volunteer that will be willing to drive them around for a day locally within a certain mile radius. To apply for a driver please send an email to thepurplepromise@gmail.com with the SUBJECT: A RIDE FOR THE DAY PROGRAM. Please make all submissions 10-15 days prior to your scheduled appointments. This will allow us enough time to try to secure you a driver.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

To those that qualify we offer some financial assistance to lupus patients that need help with medications, co-pays, utilities and etc. To apply for financial assistance please  send and email to thepurplepromise@gmail.com with the SUBJECT: FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION. An application will be sent to you online. Once submitted, the approval process usually takes 2-4 weeks.

SUBMIT YOUR PRAYER REQUESTS

We will say specific prayers for lupus patients and their families 24 hours a day. There is a group of intercessors that prays in different shifts. If you are in need of prayer, please send all of your requests to thepurplepromise@gmail.com with the SUBJECT: PRAYER.
